"We love this property & have stayed multiple times. It can sometimes be pricey and the charges change depending on the dates of stay. Wish it would be at the same rate when we first made reservations over a year ago for our first stay there. Or maybe offer a discount for returning guests. Some of the same small minor issues that we always try to keep the property manager informed on do not always get addressed and corrected. But we love the house and location for when we travel and have all our adult kids with us. "

"Wonderful home to stay in Brian Head for a summer trip. Two couples stayed at this property with so much space to spread out. The three downstairs bedrooms are cozy and just a space to sleep but it’s nice having two living rooms and two kitchens. We loved spending most of our time on the patio with comfortable furniture to enjoy the beautiful views and cool weather. We also appreciated playing pool and the many board games at the property. Such attention to detail with almost everything you would need for your stay here. Close proximity to restaurants and the ski base with a great park with many things to do there. We will be back for another stay. "
