Santa Maria Villa is a private 200 sq.m. residence, designed by its architect owner with a focus on both functionality and refined aesthetics. Nestled within a secluded one-acre plot and surrounded by Mediterranean gardens, it is located in the tranquil and exclusive area of Santa Maria, Paros.
Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy shores of Mikri Santa Maria and a short 10-minute drive from the vibrant town of Naousa, the villa offers a rare combination of serenity and convenience.

Bedrooms & Layout

The house features three spacious and independent bedrooms, each with its own fully equipped bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

The Upper Bedroom
Located on the first floor, the Upper Bedroom offers a double bed and an en suite bathroom (washbasin, toilet, and shower). It opens onto a private balcony with breathtaking views over the entire Santa Maria Bay. The room is fully air-conditioned and also features access to a large private roof terrace—perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars.

The Lower Bedroom
Situated on the ground floor, this bright and airy bedroom includes two single beds and an adjacent spacious bathroom with washbasin, toilet, and a large double shower. Fully air-conditioned, it opens directly onto the garden, with a private terrace overlooking the sea and the island of Naxos.

The Studio Bedroom
A unique double-height space designed for both comfort and flexibility. It features a sitting area with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi printer, and a wooden staircase leading to a mezzanine level with an additional double bed. The studio opens onto a private roof terrace, furnished for relaxation while enjoying the sea views and open sky.
The bathroom (with washbasin, toilet, and shower) is located next to the entrance. Fully air-conditioned, this space is ideal for a couple with children.
