Paros Nereids’ Villas is a complex consisting of three independent residences in two levels total area of 283m2, is built in respect to the Cycladic Architecture and environment. Located on the hill of Elitas in Parikia with unlimited view to the port of Paros.
The villa in total can accommodate comfortably up to 12 adults and 6 children. Its ample interiors also include an open plan living-dining area in every residence with fully equipped kitchen, WC and five bathrooms.
The outdoor space features pergolas with a dining tables, two swimming pools and BBQ. Also, offers great views of the sea and the island’s landscape.

This 6 bedroom villa has modern interior design and large terraces with multiple outside sitting areas with a breath-taking view over the horizon, the sea and the surrounded islands.
Built in 2012. Is surrounded by lavenders, thymus, jasmine flowers and outdoor white Parian marble terraces. Is on two independent levels to match the natural landscape and gain the best sea view. Can host up to 12 adults and 6 children.
First Level

This level consists of two independent fully equipped residences «Galatea” and “Thetis”.

Galatea: Consisting of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds or one double king size. A living room with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Galatea is 68 m2 in total and has a BBQ and private swimming pool. Can accommodate up to 4 persons

Thetis: Consisting of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds or one double king size bed as well. A living room with fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Thetis is 100m2 in total and has a BBQ and swimming pool. Can accommodate up to 6 persons (4 adults and 2 children)

Second Level
This level consists of one independent fully equipped residence and a large terrace.

Amphitriti: This residence is consisting of a big living room with two sofas and a coffee table, a dining table and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds or one king size double bed, two bathrooms and one WC. The terrace has an outdoor sitting area at the front with built sofas and unobstructed sea view.
Available also a roof garden accessed by an outdoor staircase. Amphitriti is 115m2 and can accommodate up to 8 persons (4 adults and 4 children).

The villa can be rented separately as single residences or in total.
