Väga halb teenindus ja kogemus

Spa hotell on uus, maja ilus aga teenindus olematu. Äärmiselt negatiivne ja klientide osas hoolimatu suhtumine on hotelli vastuvõtus teenindaja Merili poolt, kellel on ilmselgelt ükskõik kuidas klient ennast nende majas tunneb ja kas ka tagasi tuleb. Kui me laupäeval saabusime, öeldi meile ükskõikselt ,et restoran on privaatürituseks suletud. Olime pettunud, kuna perega spasse tulles on soov samas majas ka õhtust süüa, eriti talvel, kui ilm vihmane. Vastuvõtus isegi ei vabandatud vaid kuid väljendasime oma pettumust, öeldi, et teie makse oma toa ees ette. Oleme kõigis eesti suuremates spades mitmeid kordi käinud aga kurb on näha, et kõige halvem teenindus on Wasa majas. Õnneks leidsime ilusa restorani Mon Ami Pärnus, mille teenindus ja toit on super. Spa osa on väike, lastebasseini ei ole ja lastele ujumisrõngaid vms. tuleb ise kaasa võtta, kohapeal ei ole midagi. Spa põrand on ka väga libe.

Hotelli upea, siisti ja ihan uusi ollut valmiina 5 kk. Kosmetologi ja hoidot hinta / lastusuhteeltaan erinomaiset. Nettisivuilla lukee lemmikkiystävällinen, mikä ei sittenkään pitänyt paikkaansa! Koiran koko ratkaisee, vaikka sivulla ei mainita siitä. Muuten palvelu ok. Aamiainen erinomainen.

Красивый, чистый и новый отель. Обслуживание хорошее. Спа тоже приятное, где можно вечерком провести время. Три бани, джакузи и бассейн. Так что нам все понравилось.

Siistiä majoitusta etsivälle, kaiva kuvetta

Wasan uudet osat olivat vasta valmistuneet vieraillessamme ja tietenkin erinomaisessa kunnossa. Olimme melkein viikon huoneistossa, jonka toisesta ovesta pääsi puistoon rajoittuvalle takapihalle. Takapiha on mukava illan istahtamispaikka, mutta alueen keskelle jäävissä vastaavissa asunnoissa ei sellaista ole, vaan pääset betonoidulle sisäpihalle. Pakettiimme kuului aamiainen hotellin ravintolassa, joka on pienehkö mutta modernin ja siisti. Paikan sijaintihan on erinomainen, joten kaikkea löytyy läheltä. Rannan biitsikemut saattavat aiheuttaa hiukan melua illalla. Spa-osasto on moderni.,mutta melko pieni. Kaikki oleellinen kyllä löytyy. Lasten kiipeilytalohökötys respassa vaikutti tehdyn tyylikäs design edellä, turvallisuus ja käytettävyys sivuseikkoina. Leikki-ikäiset lapsemme kuitenkin tykästyivät tähän kertopuuluomukseen kovasti. Paikan hintataso on Pärnulaisittainkin sitä luokkaa, että muutamat asiat vähän yllättivät, vaikka ne budjettikohteessa olisivat vielä hyväksyttyäviä: - ei ilmastointia kämpässä - rivitalomallisten huoneistojen pihoilla ei ole minkäänlaisia aitoja tai pensaita. Ollaan siis eräänlaisessa kommuunissa. Ripaus omaa rauhaa jonkunlaisella tilanjakajalla tekisi illan istumisesta ulkona houkuttelevampaa - aterimia oli hyvin keittiössä _hyvin_ vähän, lisää piti ruinuta toistamiseen - siivous ja pyyhepalvelu toimivat vähän miten sattuu - yleisesti fiilis, että paikan johto, prosessit ja vastuualueet ovat vielä muodostumisvaiheessa

kylpylä osasto oli mukava ja hienoa kun yksi sauna oli keskellä allasta lasiseinineen.huoneetoli todella siistejä. huoneesta puuttui hotellin info esite, eikä myöskään telvisiossa ollut hotellin esittelyä. kuntosali puuttui myös.Aamiainen todella hyvä mutta lämpimien ruokien astiat olivat raskailla kansilla ja taaimmaiset hyvin kaukana että joutui oikein kurkottelemaan.

Wir haben in einem der Apartments gewohnt. Diese sind an sich schick und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Allerdings wurde an einigen Stellen leider nicht „zuende gedacht“. So flutet man beim Duschen zwangsläufig immer das komplette Bad, da die Duschwand zu kurz ist. Und der Fernseher ist leider durch eine Art Raumtrenner vom Bett getrennt, sodass man nur durch ein Gitter Fernsehen kann. - das Sofa steht zudem so dicht vor dem Fernseher, dass man dort aber auch nicht gut sitzen kann. Zudem fehlt es natürlich an Haken etc. So gibt es schöne Bademäntel für den Wellnessbereich auf den Zimmern, aber keinerlei Möglichkeiten diese mal zum trocknen aufzuhängen. Super nervig! Toll sind aber die Balkone und das Frühstück. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist toll! Die Lage zum Strand ist auch prima.

Paras koskaan..

Uusi ja siisti hotelli. Paras sänky johon ollaan hotelleissa törmätty.. Erinomaisen aamupalan jälkeen vielä hetkeksi kylpylään pulikoimaan ja matka jatkuu.. Hipoo täydellisyyttä..

Summer trip.

Free coffee machine broken, and took coffee from breakfest machine, that was 3€ becouse it does not belong to hotel?! Breakfest was ok but when fully booked plates were out, bread was out etc. They need focus more to service crouded breakfest. All other issues were nice and as new hotel all very clean.

Loved :)

I loved this. Brand-new, beautiful, great service, good spa, good food, great area. The only downside might be that since this seems to be one of the few hotels in the area with a pool, this is also loved by families with kids, and the spa area does not seem to be designed with kids in mind (although amazing for it’s size), so this takes a little away from the enjoyment if you are here for a relaxing spa weekend alone or as a couple rather than with a family.

Tosi siisti, uusi hotelli ja hyvä sijainti. Aamupala hyvä mutta nuorelta henkilökunnalta puuttuu kokonaan ns.pelisilmä..ei pienintäkään ennakointia. Kokoajan joku loppu ja saa asiasta huomautella.
