We arrived off an early international flight and were picked up at the airport by their courtesy shuttle. We were able to store our luggage onsite before we were able to check in at 2pm. This allowed us to uber to a shopping mall without dragging our luggage around. Pleasant stay with very helpful staff and a great breakfast. Thank you

I stayed at The Parnell overnight on my way back home from visiting family. It was a miserable night weatherwise so I made good use of the heat pump and in no time at all the room was warm. Because of the bad weather, I decided to order a room service dinner. The beef soup was perfect for a cold night, although I would have liked some butter for the bread roll. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good but had a high step into it which proved difficult for me to get in and out of. Check in was easy and the staff on reception were very welcoming.
