The hotel is beautiful, the rooms very spacious, and the balconies have beautiful Mountain views. "Hotel staff is rude and unfriendly to guests. Our room had a couple of very unpleasant maintenance issues (door would not lock, shower was clogged and other people’s hair was coming out of the drain) that were not addressed when we raised them. There are far better places to stay in Delhi. This hotel is not at all good value for money or a good experience for guests."
