"O quarto é limpo, os funcionários são prestativos. Mas a localização está errada (não é a que consta no hotéis.com), são km a mais. Também diz que pagaremos na acomodação, mas foi nos tirado do cartão mesmo e não pudemos mudar isso depois. E simplesmente é impossível falar com eles, seja pelo WhatsApp ou por ligação que consta na internet.
