"I need to be able to drink water in my room. Weird that I couldn’t. Also you direct people to the lobby place to eat, but not enough staff to serve the food and there was a 15 minute wait just to order. Otherwise, super cool experience and efficient stay!"

"Beautiful hotel but our room was like a sauna…very hot. I was told that the central air-conditioning goes on according to the temperature outside, and therefore, since it was cold, the heat was on in the room I was given a fan and also was given a credit. Fire doors were outside my room and they were constantly making noise. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bathroom very very small. "
