The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was ready right around the check-in time, so the staff is really helpful in letting us know via text when it was ready as we got there early. The room had just been cleaned, but the cleaning product smell was quite strong and we had to air the room out of it. We're both very sensitive to smell, so could just been us. We knew we'd signed up for a small room, the size didn't surprise us. It was bit cozy. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very quiet in the morning, despite expecting it to be noisy since it's a central location. It was super central and got us to exactly where we needed to be very easily.
