"We arrived at the hotel thinking it might have been recently updated inside, but that definitely was not the case. The outside of the building was full of trash, and there was even vomit near the area where our room was located, which was really unpleasant to see when arriving. We specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly like smoke as soon as we walked in. The king-size bed only came with three small pillows, which felt pretty inadequate, and the room was also lacking towels. The one positive thing I can say is that we did not encounter any bed bugs. However, the photos on this site do not accurately show what the hotel actually looks like in person. We stayed for two days while attending an event, and fortunately we were gone most of the day and only came back to the room to sleep."

"Room was great, very clean and comfortable bed. Had all the amenities listed at booking plus extras. The only issue we had was parking. Many of the parking spaces were for park and fly, making it a hassle to find adequate parking if you returned after 5pm. "

"Great hotel. Clean room with very nice staff. Great for kids and families. We had a room with a nice view of the lake where the sun sets. They also have tables outside to enjoy food during nice weather. "

"Staff was amazing, property was amazing! Our balcony door however didn’t lock and there was a board on the balcony that was very loose. My child tripped on it at one point! Other than that it was a great place to stay and so family friendly!"
