This is a small 3-bedroom “mother-in-law suite”, situated in a 5000-square foot home on a 30-acre farm with a menagerie of animals. The Apartment has 3-bedrooms with a 2-queen rooms and a full room, and pull out couch, 1/2 kitchen, and a private shower bathroom.

The private entrance is up the back deck. The steps are steep. Pets are considered!

Guests have access to the house "proper" with a full kitchen and laundry room.

I like this place a lot. It is out in the country a bit which is really nice. The animals are all very friendly and we even had a big floaty dog at our door at one point waiting to see us. Apartment was clean, AC in each room which is great. Owner is nice and you are separate from where they live.

We cannot say enough good things about this beautiful property. The grounds are great and the hosts are even better. Heather and Chris were the ultimate hosts. We were allowed to explore wherever we wanted and to interact with the farm animals (if they were so willing). Even amidst a tragic farm incident (involving the animals), Heather and Chris remained ever gracious and concerned for our well being while we were feeling sorry for their loss. I would recommend this property to anybody who wanted to just out and out relax and see the workings of an animal farm.

We were visiting our soldier who is stationed at Fort Bragg. Coming from a farm back in Minnesota, this visit was the perfect stay for us. The quiet out of the city environment, the animals were absolutely perfect. The mother-in-law suite was great for us to play games, make our own food, and get the family the escape we needed. The animals filled the void my son had for home. We were able to use the grill and have a glass of wine on the porch. The farm is beautifully illuminated at night, making it easy to stroll down the driveway for an evening walk. The hosts were charming, and we encouraged them to visit with us, which they did. However, they respected our time as a family.
