The property manager did not contact me with the instructions to get access to the apartment. I was left with a 3-night booking, from 23rd - 26th March 2026, that could not be honoured. Then on 30th March I received an email advising the property would not be available on the dates I booked, due to "operational issues". As an unreliable service, I would never recommend this property.

8/10 Very good! (1 review)
Great 1 bedroom apartment in perfect location opposite a park, walking distance to Canberra's shops and restaurants. Key access was via 2 four digit key locks inside a low down letterbox, which proved to be very tricky on checking in and out of property. Property was clean, tidy and comfortable (although there was quite a bit of mould on bathroom tiles). We had repairs required (leaking kitchen sink and bent curtain pole preventing balcony access) but the owner came and repaired 2 days later. On checking out, we attempted to follow instructions left by putting our garabage bag of weekly rubbish in the downstairs bin room - only to find the required room locked with a sign stated leaving rubbish incurs a fine. As we had a plane to catch, and we were following the only instructions given, we were left with no alternative but to leave our rubbish outside this room.
