It is a great place to stay for short term or long term stay. The staff is very accommodating and attentive to your needs. They're pet friendly. Mr. Bobby and the office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable working hard to keep this a safe, quiet, clean place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure stay.

Very clean, quiet and safe place to stay. The staff is very accommodating in helping you get anything you may need to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. They're truly pet friendly. They have on site laundry that always works and is cheaper than the laundry mat. I highly recommend this hotel for a short term or long term stay.

Great Value, Quiet & Convenient.

The staff was amazing! So helpful & friendly. The hotel is older, but the price reflected that. It's pet friendly and that was great, plus there was ample room in the back to let dogs exercise. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. For just a stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

The manager is awesome! We have stayed there before and our TV remote wasn't working. He was on it. Very nice guy. Also the individual who cleans the rooms does a Great Job as well. Smells so clean. Highly recommend for the price and pet friendly.

Nice room. Great price!

Check in was wasy and the clerk was very friendly. We were a little early, but he found an available room so we could check in right away. The price was great, perfect for a quick one night stay while traveling. The bed was a little firmer than I'm used to, but all in all it was fine.

There's nothing I could complain about if I wanted to. The staff on the office, housekeeper, maintenance they're all great people working together to insure everything runs properly. It's a very peaceful place to stay and I must add is very clean. I'm grateful for the time I've spent there . Thank You Red Roof Inn!!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very basic and showing their age, and we’re not as clean as I would prefer. However, the price we paid was extremely inexpensive so we were satisfied that we had basic accommodation

It was what it needed to be.

They have a friendly staff. Kindly. Thank you for that. They DO NOT own the ATM machine. Be mindful of using your card in it to pull cash. It's a rather weathered location, but it provided me a bed for a couple of nights. I was thankful for that.

Red Roof Inn would be given 20 stars by me if it were a possibility. They were more than accommodating with my pets, they were clean and their housekeeper and maintenance man are very hard workers, they're polite, respectful and assist with anything you may need. The office staff Mr. Bobby and the other two gentleman are also very kind and respectful. They work very hard to keep this property safe and clean. I'm very impressed and will definitely use this hotel again in the future . Thank You Red Roof Inn.

This property has been very successful in cleaning the place up, making it a pleasant place to stay. They ate pet friendly and have areas you can take your dogs to run. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Mr. Bobby is a very good person who is understanding and honest. The housekeeper is a very hard working young lady who will help you out with anything you need. The maintenance man does the same. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Parkersburg.

Bottom of an ashtray

Our "Non-Smoking" room smelled like an ashtray. The bedspread had 2 cigarette burn holes. The mattress was like trying to sleep on a slab cinder blocks. It was pet friendly and that was what we needed for the night.

Hair dryer had been busted open by some previous guest. Driveway full of potholes. For the very low price we paid I am satisfied, as none of the problems we encountered were a serious inconvenience

Door needed no key as you could push it open from the outside! Security lock was broken. Fortunately the deadbolt worked. We also piled everything not nailed down against the door. Cockroach came into view when i moved the minifridge away from the wall. We didnt use the shower be cause we could see ick in the drain. Another bug came out from under the chair in the morning...cat was playing with it and ate it after i killed it. The Red Roof Inn we stayed in the night before was so beautiful and this one was so awful! No refunds and we were so tired. At least the bed was comfortable and the heater worked. Hardly any cars but the clerk said it was the only room available! It won't let me add photos!

It wasn't a terrible stay. The place was clean with no signs of bedbugs, roaches, or mold. I must mention the poor condition of the road that leads down the hill to the hotel. The potholes are massive and could damage a car that rides lower. Also, I made the reservation 24 hours ahead of my stay, but they didn't have the room I selected available. They gave me a free upgrade to a superior king room. I appreciate the free upgrade. But I found the amenities lacking. The room had a safe, microwave, and coffee maker. But there was no wall-mounted hairdryer that comes standard with most hotels. There was also only one bar of soap and one tiny bottle of mostly empty shampoo for two guests. I must also mention some questionable electrical safety. One outlet was taped over with black electrical tape. Another outlet completely lacked a cover. But the room DID have a functioning smoke detector. Overall, not great, not terrible.
