Parker Pair - Sunrise Retreat

  • Welcome to the Parker Pair — two cozy riverfront homes perfect for families, fun, and golden hour views. We host 2 family-friendly homes on the Parker riverfront – made for memory-making. This beautiful home is only 200 feet from the water with two private boat docks! Fully Furnished, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bath. Comes with everything you would need in a home away from home. Towels, multiple bedding sets, extra blankets, washer/dryer, and all kitchen necessities. Very nice quiet gated community with only 5 homes. This house is approx. 1536 sq ft.

    The private dock allows easy access to tie up your boat on the Colorado River after fishing or boating. Beautiful place to relax or have fun! You will be amazed!
