We may be a manufactured home, but guests consistently tell us the space feels surprisingly upscale, incredibly comfortable, and spotless — and our 5-star reviews reflect that.

We’re located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just minutes from everything you come to Parker for. Launch your boat in under a mile, ride UTVs straight out into the desert from the property, and enjoy quick access to dining, groceries, and local favorites — close to the action but peaceful when you’re ready to unwind.

Inside, you’ll find a luxurious king suite, smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay easy and stress-free.
