Featuring the unique ability to moor your boat right in front of Villa #13, along with direct access to navigate 100’s of miles of ATV trails, this is a water-sport and off-road paradise. Take your boat out, kayak, paddle board, or water-ski the 17 scenic miles of the Parker Strip on the Colorado River.

Villa #13 offers a two- building featuring one Queen bedroom and a kitchen/bathroom and living room with a pullout sofa bed. The separate Master Suite building features one king bedroom and one full bathroom. From the stellar location, to the high-end finishing, this Villa is waiting to become the ideal vacation home for you and your family. Whether you are looking for a long-term rental or a weekend getaway, Villa #13 is the perfect choice for guests of all ages. Entertaining friends and family is easy-the Villa come equipped with a tiki bar with seating for 6, outdoor kitchen, and spacious beachfront patio overlooking the Colorado River. Stretch out on the white sand beach, and take the stress out of life on the Colorado River's newest riverfront resort. Paradise awaits at The Sundance Beach Villa Resort.

The Villa was just as described. End unit with visibility down riverfront RV row from deck area. Convenient location for family/friends staying in trailers to walk over and enjoy your beachfront area. Both interior units clean and comfortable. Looking forward to staying her again this season!

End of summer fun!

Villa # 13 had every thing you need for your stay. From cooking in the kitchen to BBQ ing outside. The Villa was very clean. It's so relaxing being right on the water and so convenient with the jet skies. I don't believe there is another place on the Parker Strip that is situated like the Villas on the water. If you have kids it is very safe because the kids are right there in front of you in the water. Darcy and staff make sure everything is perfect.

Beautiful river stay

Darcy was a great host. The buildings were clean and nice. I’m picky when it comes to what to bring to a vrbo. But this place had everything needed. Plenty of pots/pans for anything you wanted to cook. New sponge with dish soap. Cleans towels. Coffee pot with extra coffee. I brought my own but it’s nice to see items stocked. Outside bbq was perfect with a sink. The decor was fitting and made a great atmosphere for the space. Everything was clean and the river view was perfect.

Amazing property. Outdoor Patio is awesome. Bbq and tv and fridge feet from the sandy beach. One of a kind location. I would recommend this place to everyone. AC works great and comfortably sleeps 6 adults.

Amazing river front view

From the very beginning to communication was outstanding with Darcy, every detail was taken care of and any question we're answered promptly. The rental itself was immaculate and beautiful but the greatest part is the location on the river. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets and awesome tiki hut Cabana to watch them from. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the great stay

could have used a couple more rolls of TP and a 2nd propane tank but overall it was great... I did notice that the door jam is cracked where the handle strike pad is attached

The location was awesome. Right on the river. Resort had nice amenities and is very quiet. The property manager was extremely helpful, and responsive. The only reason we gave it 4 stars is the rooms were dirty but she remedied and took care of the situation right away. We would recommend this resort and stay here again. Marc and Denise

Patio area pretty dirty, info on checking in said leave bar b que clean it was almost to dirty to even use. 3 propane tanks on property two completely empty 1 wasn’t sure if there was enough to grill the meal. Used kitchen instead. Lot of dead bugs inside most interior windows. But not a deal breaker.

Best Location On the Water!!!

Second year coming to this location. Beautiful property. House was clean with no issues. Outdoor bbq is awesome. The outdoor fridge was super cold and it’s only steps to the water. There is really no better place to stay. I’m definitely coming back next year. Darcy is a great host and the property is always clean when we arrive. See you next year!!!

Great getaway!

This is the second time my family has stayed at the villas at sundance and we LOVE them. The beach is well maintained and perfect for kids and adults of all ages. We had a large group staying in the park and they all congregated to our beach area and ate on the beautiful patio for meals. Would highly recommend to anyone for a vacation. We brought extra supplies (paper towels, cleaning products, toilet paper, towels) but everything was pretty well studied for our 3 night stay.
