The room was extremely small even though it was a corner room. The breakfast we paid for was nice and convenient I would recommend it. The evening Starbucks team was great, very friendly and accommodating.

The level of customer service fir this hotel was off the charts! Concierge check in, upgraded room, chilled water station on every floor, no request was too much for the staff, roof top bar was super fun and great bar and cocktails at Lyonasse! Definitely will stay again

When you arrive at the Langham Hotel you are treated like a queen or King the hotel the porters that are waiting for you outside are wonderful the staff are second to none The food is delicious the breakfast is absolutely fantastic service is quick and the food is excellent The pool and changing rooms are spotless there is always fresh fruit and flavoured waters ice cold The rooms are gorgeous good size and the beds well you'll never have a better nights sleep the bathroom is spotless beautiful soft towels and when they do the turn down service everything you have used is replenished 10/10 we have stayed there about 15 times as the location is perfect So thank you all at the Langham Throughly enjoyed our stay Charmaine & Mark Stevens
