Everything was great. The room was clean, cool and quiet. I just wish they had a microwave in the room. Staff were nice and friendly. Convenient location. Its walking distance to Henry B. Convention, Rivercenter mall, the riverwalk, the Alamo and so many others.

Everyone is very friendly and the first impression started with the valet gentlemen. He is exceptional in this role. He remembers your name and is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable with a full kitchen and very comfortable couch and sitting area.

"Its what you expect from a hotel .. at this price.. you get what you paid for.. the room was fine. There was issues with the bedding as all the linens had animal hair on them and one of our sheets a was dirty, room cleanliness left much to be desired...breakfast was ok, but the next day the waffle ..."
