"Booked a family suite, room did not have working AC. Talked with clerk at front desk and was moved to a King Suite however the AC in that room did not work either. Asked for another room and was moved to a 2 queen bed room. Each room was a down grade from what I had booked and paid for."

Run down, construction in same areas for over a year in same areas, large cobwebs in our room. We had gone to the pool on 2nd night and no towels. Went to the front desk and the woman at front ..."

"Nice quiet hotel in downtown Point. The staff was excellent even with a 2:00 am arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Security was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back."
