Nestled along the bends of Fish Hook River, the Brick House at Riverside Point Resort is a charming retreat in Park Rapids. Originally built in 1945, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath brick home combines rustic charm with modern comforts, perfect for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway.

Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with ample storage and everything needed to prepare meals for your group. The adjacent dining area invites shared meals and quality time together.

The living room offers a large sectional and smart TV with cable for entertainment, making it easy to unwind after a day exploring Park Rapids.

The basement includes the resort’s community game room and coin laundry, accessible to all resort guests. Main and second-level living areas are private for Brick House guests only.
Pet-friendly dogs considered 2 years and older; guests must provide age, breed, and weight to determine approval and fee.

-Spacious deck with seating and propane fire pit for evenings under the stars
-Propane and charcoal grills available for outdoor dining
