"Pros: Great customer service from property mgmt company, comfy beds, great proximity to lovely beach, easy check in. Cons: This property is NOT for mobility challenged people...there are so many steep stairs! This was not clear in the listing & should be. The property is older and showing signs of wear, not satisfied with the condition vs price. The kitchen was missing basic things to prepare meals : salt/pepper, a sponge, coffee filters. There was a bad smell in one bedroom. The property mgmt co dropped off some odor absorbers which helped. The deck is shared with the neighbor which meant pets could not be outside with us as there was no way to contain them. "

"Mary was an absolute delight! The condo was the cutest and in the best location. It was perfect for 2 mommas and our kiddos. we will definitely book this adorable place again! I can’t wait to bring my husband and son back! Ps- Mary knows everyone on the island and mainland! She suggested we go to 5 Sister’s Blues Cafe! I made sure to say hi to her friend, the musician! It was the best fried chicken and Bloody Mary I’ve ever had! Thank you for making this trip so memorable and amazing! "

"Great location between the gulf and the sound. On-site restaurant has great food options. The porch was well protected from high winds and really comfortable for morning coffee. The host was quick to reply to any questions and very helpful."

"Beautiful house and great location. The extras that come with this house such as beach toys and chairs along were way more than expected. They were very accommodating on short notice. Really good communication with quick responses. Wish we could have spent more time there. "

"The view from the balcony was incredible! The pool by the bay was resort level quality and had a stocked bar in addition to, two dining options. Direct easy access to the gulf side where the resort had chairs and umbrellas, pending you upgraded your package. My only criticism would be the adventure package pricing is a bit high considering how frequently you may actually utilize it. I think a single use option should be provided such as water park for two hours, Kayaks for one hour etc. just felt for my family personally we only spent several Hours using those amenities and it could have been more cost effective for travelers. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend to Others"
