Scenic gondola rides, golf, live music, shopping and access to miles of biking, hiking and skiing trails await you at this mountain resort village.

Visit Canyons Village, now a Park City base village. Combining Canyons Resort with Park City in 2015 has made Park City the largest resort in the United States.

Enjoy Canyons Village’s luxury accommodations, varied dining experiences, and family-friendly adventure sports in both summer and winter. The village sits in the foothills of Iron Mountain and Murdock Peak, surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of Big Cottonwood Canyon and the Wasatch Mountains.

Summers at Canyons Village have many sunny days and blue skies. Play 18 holes at the Canyons Golf Course or enjoy family fun at the mountain-themed putting course. Alternatively, try disc golf, a fusion of golf and Frisbee.

Admire unbeatable views of the Wasatch Mountains as you ride a scenic gondola to the Red Pine Adventure area, gateway to numerous outdoor activities. Cruise around a reservoir at 8,000 feet (2,400 meters) elevation on a paddleboat and fish for trout at an alpine lake. Follow self-guided hiking trails across wildflower meadows or explore over 20 miles (32 kilometers) of biking trails.

Discover lakes, verdant forests and panoramic mountain views on a guided horseback ride. Travel high above the treetops on a thrilling zip-line course.

In winter, the village’s gondolas provide access to miles of well-groomed runs. Choose from dog-sledding, heli-skiing, snowmobiling and snowshoeing, among other snow-based sports. Zip-line adventures are also available.

In the village, attend free concerts on select Saturdays from July to September. Previous performers include the Blind Boys of Alabama and 10,000 Maniacs. Browse the village’s retail outlets for sports apparel and pamper yourself at the health club.

Dine at a café, bistro, gastropub or steakhouse and sip craft beers on an outdoor deck. Select overnight accommodations from a range of hotels and lodges in the village and along the slopes.

Located in Park City, Canyons Village is a 35-minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport. Park at lodges or at the village entrance. From here, catch a free shuttle to the mountain.

Enjoy Canyons Village’s summer season from mid-June to late September and return for the winter season from November to April.
