Fantastic weekend

We had a great weekend staying at this log cabin in Paris, OH. The owners provided us with everything we needed - plenty of fire wood, towels and everything we needed in the kitchen. This cabin takes you back in time and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and there were nice trails to hike on nearby. The only thing I can think of that the cabin is missing is a grill to cook outside, but we cooked over the fire pit each day and that was just as good. We hope to be back next year!

I found it adventurous as I had always been interested in a log cabin. But our yound adults did not care for it. I enjoyed the surroundings; the serenity of the wooded areas. No regrets. My 91 year old Mom was fine with it as she is used to country living. It is good aftter all.

It was a delightful experience! Anyone who is looking for a wonderful rustic but modern get away, this is a must stay location. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and if we are ever out this way again we will definitely stay here!

A step back in time

This place was amazing all around. The pictures don’t do this beautiful cabin justice. My bf and I ended up being the only two staying here and it was perfect! It was like going back in time. Felt secluded and just so relaxing. Communication with property management was friendly. Will definitely be back!

We came with the intention of "unplugging" for a couple days, and this was perfect! We have 3 kids that are fans of "Little House on the Prairie" so this was just what they needed. We brought games, food, good books, and lots of firewood and just hunkered in. My kids loved playing dress-up in the provided costumes and we took a lot of fun pictures to remember our stay. Definitely family friendly and a fantastic, intentional way to get away from internet/modern tech and just build some memories and deep family time. The jetted tubs and awesome hand-made furniture kept my kids interested and we had such a wonderful time. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, and we'll probably be back in the spring/summer! )

For real cabin...

If you are looking for a real log cabin with modern features tucked away where no one can find you... Its this address. And if you have your grandkids with you as we did it also acts as a field trip. Having a few vacation cabins of my own I was quite inspired with the endless handcrafted items throughout the property. If Dan will have me I will definitely be back when I come to visit family.

While this is a lovely location, there are quite a few issues. We will start with the cameras pointed at every entry door.
