Good location our cabin was well away from the highway.
Just a minor problem because plumbing hadn’t been finished, it rained and then there was an annoying drip for a light sleeper 😩.

For elderly guests, mooring can be quite challenging. You have to position the boat exactly aligned to the shore. Then you have to tie 4 heavy ropes to several trees or bollards.
Otherwise, the boat is quite roomy and luxurious.
