"Had to unfortunately cancel our accommodation due to a family matter, meaning we couldn't travel. Explained this to the hotel, but there was no consideration of this. In fact, they didn't even reply. Very disappointed at lack of communication/care."

"Insgesamt leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Hotel wurde zwar renoviert und der Eingangsbereich wirkt modern und einladend, aber das Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft nicht sauber. Der Check-in verlief ebenfalls holprig. Eine Verständigung auf Deutsch war kaum möglich, sodass wir auf Englisch wechseln ..."

"Sehr schön gelegener Bungalow an der Havel. Für Selbstverpfleger ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Klein aber fein. Mehr als 2 Personen können dort aber nicht urlauben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca.10 km Entfernung. Auto wäre also angebracht. Oder für Sportliche ein Rad. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. ..."
