"Although navigating the narrow streets and roads can be a challenge, once you get to the top of the hill, the spectacular views and the modern sleek accommodations are more than worth it. Although the nearest town (Seixas) is not exactly a bustling metropolis, it is very quaint (as are the neighboring towns), and there's really excellent access by major arteries to Porto and beyond. "The house is very spacious with a long drive, so plenty of room for everything and everybody. A permanent BBQ is provided in the garden, with some play equipment and a small swimming pool at the front. Theres even a pool table. "Lovely place to stay on the edge of the National Park. We were here for 3 nights to explore the National Park. It was a lovely place to explore. Didn't use the house much to be honest, as we were out walking all day. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of cooking equipment and crockery. Shower was nice and warm.
