"I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well cared for. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and using the fitness center, which was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options for all tastes. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated—close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. "No response received. Tried to give 48 hours notice of cancellation (within 24 hrs of purchase) and yet have been charged for the full amount of 3 nights with breakfast. Paid for taxes and breakfasts that I did not even have and refused to give any refunds, saying that it is all non-refundable. Use taxes should also be applicable to hotels, not just airlines."

"The property itself is high standing and clean. However, I had issue with hot water that took one day to fix, there was water outage for hours and I could not shower to go run my errands, the breakfast could be better with fruits. "

"1. Service desk did not even know that we were coming. 2. The booking did not match the Room we got. 3. Book a queen size bed but got a Twin bed instead. 4. Property was dirty, sheets were not changed and full of stains. Would not recommend to stay"
