"Nous avons passé un week-end à 14. Très bon accueil, logement bien équipé, espace piscine et sauna très agréable, le seul problème a été la température, consigne réglée à 19, même en augmentant le thermostat, rien n'a bougé. Nous avons dû nous cantonner à la cuisine et n'avons pas pu profiter de la salle à manger ou du salon à cause du froid. Idem dans les chambres et les salles de bain.La piscine était chauffée entre 27 et 28, là aussi un peu juste, 2 degrés de plus aurai été idéal.Le supplément énergétique demandé de 150 pour 2 jours nous est resté un peu en travers.Il faut juste éviter d’y aller les mois d'hivers."

"Ideal location. Quiet, safe and peaceful location, steps away from the Sacred Heart Sanctuary. Room was very nice and the hotel staff was excellent ... warm and friendly and helpful! My only suggestion is it would be nice to have a hot water kettle in the room. "

"When we arrived at the hotel my husband was not well with stomach problems.The receptionist was so helpful and kind and ordered a pizza for us to be delivered to the hôtel só we would not have to go out to eat.The restaurant in the hotel,is closed over the weekend. "Un bel hôtel à l'ancienne, il n'y a pas plus proche de la Chapel des apparitions. Le personnel est très acceuillant et souple. Seul bémoul, le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur. Gratuit pour les chiens. Bon rapport qualité prix."

"Front desk English skills were a bit limited, but the entire staff was exceptionally friendly, even in the midst of hosting a large Spain cultural event. Rooms in excellent shape. AC worked, even in a super heat wave, but we couldn’t figure out why they kept automatically turning off at midnight. Charming, walkable small town, with lots of live music. Awesome. "
