The space
The house has:

Ground Floor:

-LARGE BARBECUE area with outdoor grill, integrated into the house with unique views of the river.
-KITCHEN: gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, all the necessary implements and utensils to entertain a large group, overlooking the river.
-LIVING/DINING ROOM: spacious with hierarchy decoration, dining table, Smart TV, 55 inches, FLOW + Netflix.
- PATIO: large garden with lots of green and SWIMMING POOL and lounge chairs. With guardrails with protection.
-LAUNDRY ROOM: with washing machine, dryer.
-EXTERIOR BATHROOM: next to the patio

Upper Floor:
- MASTER BEDROOM: Queen bed, SMART TV FLOW + Netflix. En-suite bathroom and large dressing room, hot/cold air conditioning, large windows with access to the deck, balcony overlooking the garden, pool and river.
- BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, air conditioning, large windows with balcony and views of the garden, pool and river.
- BEDROOM 3: two single beds, air conditioning and fan, large windows with balcony and garden views. Comfortable to store clothes
Both rooms share a full bathroom with bathtub.
Each room has its own

bathroom, all bedrooms equipped with hot and cold air conditioning and heaters. Cable and internet.

GARAGE: roofed for 2 cars. (Not suitable for pick up trucks because of the length, but they can park outside You can also park more cars in the front property. Very safe neighborhood.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property and its environments.
It is not a shared house.

Other aspects to highlight
The house is exclusively for declared guests.
If they are going to receive visitors, they must ask for authorization.

It is not recommended for children from 2 to 5 years old as there are many slopes without railings / protection.

Parties and social events are not accepted.

Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.

The house has a garage for 2 cars.
You can also park on the street for free

. Check out on Sundays can be in the afternoon.

Please use the Air Conditioners with caution.
The State recommends keeping them at 24 C and needless to say that if they leave the house they must turn them off.
