Newly build fully air-conditioned stand-alone home has stunning panoramic views of the Paralimni coastline from all 3 levels with gated private undercover parking. Open plan living including full kitchen with sliding door that opens to create a servery to the BBQ area, dining area & lounge room with swivel flat screen TV, Soundbar with Wi-fi, SAT TV, overlooking the pool area. A stunning designer bathroom with shower completes the bottom level.
Step through the ‘floor to ceiling’ glass sliding doors to the large beautifully tiled walk in swimming pool, complete with sun lounges, outdoor shower large entertaining table & chairs & BBQ.
The 2nd level comprises 3 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with showers. The main bedroom has a double bed complete with ensuite, private balcony & flat screen TV, the 2nd bedroom a double bed and the 3rd a double bed that converts into 2 singles. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with luxury furnishings, comfortable beds, large built in wardrobes, ceiling fans and full-length windows that open to bring the outside in.
