Sunnyside Villa is nestled in the Ayios Elias area of Protaras, a scenic elevated spot known for its stunning rock granite formations and the small church perched at the peak. A climb up the 150+ steps rewards you with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area. By night, the illuminated rock becomes the centrepiece of the landscape, creating a striking backdrop. Just 15 minutes’ walk or a short drive away is the main area of Protaras, Fig Tree Bay, also known as The Strip, where you’ll find a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants offering both local and international cuisine.

Protaras' main beaches are located along The Strip, offering access to the scenic boardwalk. The beaches are equipped with kiosks and restaurants, with sunbeds and umbrellas available for hire, alongside a range of water sports for adventurous guests.

Sunnyside Villa is set on a generous plot, featuring a mature garden and a private gated driveway with space for two cars.
