This 3 bedroom modern villa with private pool is located 100m from Kapparis Beach. The villa is newly built in a new luxury private villa complex that offers tranquillity and relaxation. It is fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a very comfortable stay. Its ideal choice for families to relax under the beautiful Cyprus sunshine in total privacy.
The ground floor consists of an open-plan living area which includes kitchen, dining and sitting areas, and opens to a patio and swimming pool area, it is carefully designed around your comfort. There is also a guests WC.
Upstairs are 3 good size bedrooms. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The other two bedrooms are both fitted with 2 single beds. There is also a family bathroom with bath.
Outdoor there is a large private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a BBQ and dining area. The villas has its own secured parking.
