This ground floor poolside apartment is perfectly situated on a beautiful new complex that has been finished to the highest standard. The patio doors lead out to a great spacious veranda that is equipped with patio furniture to enjoy alfresco dining or just simply to sit back and enjoy a drink. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has allocated covered parking should you need to use it. Within easy walking distance are excellent restaurants, tavernas and bars on Kennedy Avenue, Kapparis. 15 minute walk to many sandy beaches and coves with various water sport facilities, such as boat-hire, jet-ski and diving. Holiday resort of Protaras is 7 minutes drive away, with long sandy beaches and a variety of activities, including tennis, crazy-golf and diving schools. For nature lovers, Cape Greco Nature reserve and Connos Bay are a short drive away. Ayia Napa is a 10 minute drive away and boasts a large number of attractions and nightlife.
