"Do not book this hotel at the last minute if you are arriving late at night. I arrived, and the entire place was dark. There were no check-in instructions provided with the confirmation email, and the hotel would not answer the phone number. As a result, I was sitting in their parking lot until 1:30am, and hotels.com was not helpful at all. This hotel should not accept last minute bookings, if they are not available 24 hours/day, and it's concerning that they do not answer the published phone...

"The husband and wife hosts are lovely people. Elaina baked fresh goodies twice for us and presented a bottle of wine for our room. The only suggestion I would offer is to have a small coffee maker/ kettle in the room. My hubby and I were not feeling well and couldn’t get out for breakfast so this would have been a great amenity. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Flowers everywhere and the pool is inviting. We loved the tranquil atmosphere. We would recommend this hotel."

- Seaside family fun unfolds at this Rethymno aparthotel with outdoor pools, kids club, and playground.
"Seen from the outside it it was wellmaintained.It was clean.The staff friendly. The sea nearby. Breakfast ok.
But our room had a somewhat hard matress and we could hear the neighbours aircon on/off the whole night. We did not use the kitchen at all and i am sure that everything was working perfectly but a bit shabby."
