Our bed was super comfy, the AC was quiet and efficient. Breakfast was quite good. Proximity and convenience to airport was great and shuttle drivers were very kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

This was a great hotel for our stay in San Jose. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Check in was smooth and efficient, our room was fine, and we enjoyed using the pool (although it is cold) and the onsite restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. We had 3 rooms, were a family of 9 including children and we loved our stay. The hotel is very modern, very clean and the staff go above and beyond. The male staff downstairs are all so helpful, the receptionists are great and the breakfast buffet staff were so great. We used the gym and sauna which were well kept. The temperature of the swimming pool was warm and we loved that. Good location, we were able to walk to food spots for dinner every night.

There were some issues with the airport shuttle where we were pushed into ordering a private shuttle when our flight was delayed. There were some stains on the hotel sheets and the service at the restaurants was quite slow. The property itself is beautiful and in a pretty good location.
