Casa Vista Mar - 5 Minute Drive to Los Patos 4x4/All Terrain Vehicle Needed

We are located in the hills above Los Patos, a 5 minute drive from the river & beach. Our home is on a canal in a countryside setting. Come in a 4x4/ all terrain vehicle as sections of road to the house are unpaved and steep in some areas. We offer a 1 car garage, a secured front porch, WIFI, window screens, 3 bedrooms equipped with fans or AC. The master bedroom has a private bath, queen bed and futon, as well as a balcony w/ocean view connecting to the kitchen. The second & third bedrooms have full size beds and share a bathroom. The ocean view is in the rear of the property. This is not a hotel or resort. All of the large markets are in Barahona, about 45 minutes away. In the village you’ll find small shops with limited inventory that mainly accept cash/pesos only.
