"This is a truly lovely hotel with 6 or 7 restaurant choices right on the property. One might think that sounds cheesy and that the restaurants might be second rate. But everything about the hotel and restaurants is first rate. The staff are professional and friendly at every level - from the front desk to the gardeners. Everyone seems to love their jobs and serving their guests. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. Chahue may be my favorite beach in Mexico. Do not miss the opportunity to eat at Otto! (one of the multiple restaurants on site) "

"We arrived and the room that was reserved was not available. We were offered another room that would not be available for about another hour. We agreed to wait and stated we would return in an hour and a half. We returned to find out that the promised room was not available and were given another room. On the second day we were offered the promised room. This room did not seem to have the bathroom completed. The issue at times was not all the bathroom supplies were provided. The air conditioner unit in last room did not cool the room as well. The positive was the breakfast buffet was very good and the staff in the dining area were excellent. Very accommodating and attentive. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it provides so many businesses within walking distance. Giving an average rating as the room was clean, but needs to be completed properly and all bathroom supplies be provided. Also great breakfast buffet."

"I truly enjoyed my entire stay at A’more. If you are looking for a private, peaceful and custom boutique hotel this is your place. Romantic getaway, or a place to self reflect and have a place to getaway for the hustle this is your place. The chef has an exquisite menu and caters to profession. I loved the entire staff as they go beyond expectations. The rooms are detailed, clean and have a beautiful view of the ocean. I am looking forward for my next visit. "

"Casa Obe was my last stop during 3 weeks of beach travel and it was the perfect ending! First the hosts JuanCarlos & Valentina welcome you like old friends! Alba will make you whatever you want and is an excellent cook, and Yammy makes a mean Chelada! What I loved was I felt like I was in a hippie town of the 70's but with modern convenience. Simple rooms are that simple, but totally adequate for a low key beach stay. Rooms have A/C and fan, beds are comfy and the pool is fantastic! My time went by sooo fast that I wish I could have extended it by a few days. Go with friends and book a few rooms you will have the place to yourselves! There is a small Capilla (Chapel) at the top of a hill next door and a crocodile lake just a few hundred meters away. If you are looking to host a yoga retreat or team building program this would be a great place! The beach is endless and deserted - you will have it all to yourself. Note - this is not a swimming beach but the hosts will be happy to give you a lift to Hualtulco during the week so you can spend the day at the swimming, snorkeling beaches. Zapotengo beach is beautiful!"
