"When we arrived we were very tired from traveling. We opened the door to this amazing suite and felt so blessed! We each took turns soaking for an hour in the enormous in room bath. The food at the in house restaurant was superb! Augustine I believe is the name of our server both at dinner and breakfast and he was wonderful! Gave us great meal selections and was very kind and welcoming. Definitely as asset! We also had breakfast buffet the next morning before our days touring of castles and again it did not disappoint. Just a beautiful hotel, impeccably decorated and so comfortable. We would give 10 stars if we could. "

The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and spotless, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free.
