The location was good and the unit was spacious. It was really nice having a washer and dryer and the wifi worked wellWe are not used to having people living above us so noise was an issue - creaky floors and kids playing/dropping toys etc.. We could not turn up heat, 69 degrees that was it, very chilly, cold air blowing around!! Issue with toilet, once the toilet was flushed, you had to continually take the flush box cover of to fix mechanism inside flush box to get it to flush again.
