Ocean view villas was very comfortable, and felt very safe. It was very close to Atlantis snd walking distance to many places, such as beach, restaurants, and a market.

Perfect birthday getaway - thank you Kyrene!

Kyrene was an amazing host—so kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We were in the Bahamas for our son’s 6th birthday, and she made everything feel so comfortable and welcoming. Her hospitality really added to the experience and made it even more special for our family. Highly recommend staying with her!

Perfect Villa

This was our first time on Paradise Island and we wanted to be close enough to walk around. There was plenty of things to do nearby including restaurants, shops, bars and even the casino inside Atlantis. The house was fully stocked and Kyrene was able to rent any extra things you may need. If you plan on going over to the main island much then please note there is a 2 toll to cross the bridge everytime.

We needed a few days away from subzero temperatures in the Midwest. Kyrene is an excellent host! She's thought of everything you might need. The location is convenient, and it's easy to get around. We enjoyed our time at the villa.

Perfect trip to Nassau

Kyrene was the perfect host. She went out of her way to make sure we had the perfect vacation while the Bahamas. The house was perfect exactly as she had listed. She was helpful with everything from taxi drivers to things to do on the island and where the best dining is. Made things so much easier for first time visitors.

Perfect location

We loved our stay in Paradise Island. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Atlantis and Cabbage Beach, as well as many great restaurants. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Kyrene was so helpful and answered all questions. We did a boating excursion with Island Time Charters. It was private with just our family. We hope to be back!

Perfect Place

This is a perfect place to stay with family. Great location and close to everything on Paradise Island. Kyrene was an excellent host and provided many helpful suggestions. She went above and beyond and we couldn’t recommend staying here enough. We highly recommend Cheryl’s taxi service and Sandy Toes pig excursion!

Nice place and even nicer host!

The property really is just as the photos show. Kyrene is very helpful and pleasant. The only real negatives for us were the bed pillows (we all have different preferences) and we had to boil water to wash dishes as the water never got hot from the kitchen faucet. We would absolutely recommend staying here but do advise to buy/bring groceries to Paradise Island. The stores there are pricey and have limited stock (very evident on Thanksgiving week)!

Kyrene is an unbelievable host and just a genuinely nice person. This is hands down the best VRBO we've stayed at from cleanliness to location but most of all Kyrene was so helpful with any questions we had and just super friendly which we so appreciated. We rented a kids wagon and yoga mats from Kyrene through BabyQuip which was so seamless and the yoga mats came in handy for our mor ing workouts on the patio. Her place is very close to Atlantis village and also close to cabbage beach. We didnt feel like we needed a vehicle at all and it was quite easy to walk around or get taxi if needed. We will definitely recommend Kyrene's place to anyone looking to visit Nassau!

MUST Stay!

Everything about this place was a blessing! It was truly a five minute walk to Atlantis, restaurants, beaches, and more! The property was spacious and so much better than any hotel room. We had access to grill out on our private patio, a full kitchen, an awesome pool that was great size for the kids and adults, the host was a wealth of knowledge, the golf cart was so fun to drive for a day, and it was all around a PERFECT trip. This was a home away from home and not stuck in a small hotel room for a week. We are so grateful to have found such a gem!!!

A wonderful break from the snow

My husband, son and I enjoyed a quiet respite this week in January. For two of us it was a break from the winter weather, for the third a chance to just unwind. Kyrene is by far our favorite host. From the beginning she provided helpful, thorough information. If you go, our favorite outings were to swim with the pigs on Rose Island and then a trip to see and snorkel withe turtles. Unforgettable for us landlocked types!

Paradise island

I could not be more happy with the Villa, the location and the host. The Villa is as pictured and absolutely spotless. It’s in a very nice area and with a gated community made me feel very safe. And the location could not be any better. It’s a 5 min walk to marina village and/dining, a few minutes further your at the Atlantis hotel. Walk the other direction about 15 min and you will be at a very beautiful and quiet beach. And the host was one of the bests host I have dealt with. Very friendly, very communicative and extremely accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience in the Bahamas.

Great property amazing hosts!!

Let me start by saying the Kyrene is hands down the best host of anywhere we’ve ever stayed. The communication was perfect, she was actually able to get us in early so we could drop our bags before we went to pig island which was a huge help. The pool was great and we basically had it all to ourselves. You’re a quick walk to Atlantis, the beach, and the ferries to get to the pig island excision with Sandy Toes. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. If you get to a grocery store you can cook any meal you’d want at the property. Taxis are easy to get being so close to Atlantis. Her binder is full of helpful information and she is a wealth of knowledge about Nassau. Kyrene and her husband are truly amazing and we hope this won’t be our last time staying at their place.

A Real Taste Of Paradise

Our stay at Ocean Break Villas #9 was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences that we’ve had on any vacation. From the point of booking to the point of leaving, communication from our host Kyrene was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for Kyrene and she’s a font of knowledge on all things Bahamian. The villa is centrally located within walking distance of anything that you want to do on Paradise Island whether that be a day or a stroll at Cabbage Beach, a visit to the casino or restaurants at Atlantis or day trips from the ferry terminal. We particularly enjoyed our day trip to Rose Island with Sandy Toes where we had the wonderful experience of swimming with the pigs and guided snorkelling. The villa is clean and comfortable with every amenity that you could hope for and Kyrene’s attention to detail is evident throughout with lots of small touches that added to our stay. The wonderful pool is shared but we had it to ourselves for the duration of our stay. The Bahamas is expensive but Ocean Break Villas offers fantastic value for money. We found our trip so peaceful and relaxing and we cannot recommend the property and our host more highly. From two happy & relaxed guests already planning their return trip. Kevin & Jenny

Wonderful stay in paradise

We enjoyed our stay in this cute, super clean villa. It felt like our home away from home. It was well stocked with the essentials. We felt very safe here and had a lot of privacy. We had the pool to ourselves every single day!! The villa was centrally located in the island where we could walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Kyrene was an excellent host, the best we've ever experienced. She was very attentive and friendly with whatever we needed. She even gave us a ride to the beach one day! Cabbage beach was not as bad as we anticipated with vendors approaching us. We were able to bargain each day for an umbrella as well as chairs. The water was crystal clear turquoise color and gorgeous. We didn't want to leave!! We also went to Rose Island and swam with the pigs. This was truly the highlight of our trip. The beach was so amazing. So clean and beautiful. Had a wonderful island lunch as well! Great drinks too ;-) We definitely would recommend this villa and having Kyrene as a host. This trip exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to coming back one day.

The Villa was amazing! It was beautiful inside and had everything we needed. It was so nice to sit out on the patio to have our coffee each morning and to have the pool right there to cool off after a morning of shopping. Cabbage Beach was just a short walk away as was several dining options. (Viola's and Anthony's were two of our favorites). Kyrene was available for whatever we needed and she is wonderful!
