Top Paradise Island Hotel Reviews

The Reef at Atlantis
10/10 Excellent
"The property was wonderful. My family and I had a great time."

Comfort Suites Paradise Island
2/10 Terrible
"Where do I start...Room #212 smells HORRIBLE! I complained to the manager on duty and she stated there wasn't a smell but she would have some type of spray that would help, never helped! Our friends said that it smelled like it was behind the walls, ironically the Damp commercial came on every other commercial! My husband opened the cabinet next to the fridge and it smelled like DEATH which made it worse, so we made sure not to open that ever again. While taking showers, the bathtub never drained which grossed us out. The rooms need to be updated, they are from the late 80's. The side of the box spring mattress was stained so we were scared to look at the rest of the mattress. If we sat on the end of the bed, it made a loud sound and sort of sunk in. Our sliding door didn't open, like it was off track. Breakfast was grits, eggs, meat, fruit, breads EVERYDAY except the one day there was potatoes instead of grits. Grits were the only thing that saved me. We were given a $50 credit to eat/drink with but weren't given details so we tried to use at The Royal Delicatessen and were denied. Then we tried it at Poseidon's Table and again denied to where it was embarrassing! Staff did provide 2 small bottles of water daily so I guess that was a perk?! The only thing that got me through the week was telling ourselves that we were only there to sleep which was hard because every time we opened that door, it was hard!"

Hotel Riu Palace Paradise Island - Adults Only - All Inclusive
4/10 Poor
"The staff were not very nice. Acted put out every time you asked for help. The request for services (ie minibar refill) were ignored. Asked 5 separate times, and it was done 1 time. The room we played for was not available on day 1. We had to check out and check back in on day 2 to get the room that we paid for. Pool was great. Food was OK. Will not be back! The people we met had the same experience as we did."

The Royal at Atlantis
8/10 Good
"The Royal Tower has the most updated rooms. But there is no kitchenette or microwave which is a nice convenience for the Reef tower. If you want to save money by cooking and heating up leftovers, I would recommend Reef over Royal. The pros to the Royal tower is it’s central to Atlantis, and you don’t need to take shuttles; everything is walkable. Ocean view rooms are amazing! We were in 15-522 and the view is breath taking. You have a perfect view of the ocean and the resort, you can see predator lagoon and mantas and sharks swimming from your room. And the staff are slightly nicer and a little more flexible when entering the hotel with wet swimsuit attire on. The access to the water park is right at your door step vs other towers (Reef, Coral, Cove). If you are traveling with kids or teens, I would recommend Royal Tower and a room with ocean view if budget is not a concern."

Deluxe 1BR Villa - Kitchen- 2 Pools - WiFi - Beach- Located on Beachfront Resort
8/10 Good
"Nice property for two with good access to beach which had umbrellas and chairs for rental (40-50). Property pools were ok. Front pool is small but back pool is a bit larger (better)."

The Coral at Atlantis
8/10 Good
"We enjoyed our first visit to Atlantis Coral and had a wonderful overall experience. The staff and local people were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room had a spectacular water view that truly made the trip feel special. There were, however, a few areas that could use improvement. The room door was extremely stiff and difficult to both open and close, which was frustrating at times. Additionally, the in-room dining experience was disappointing, as the food quality did not meet expectations. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful surroundings and hospitality."

Warwick Paradise Island- All Inclusive- Adults Only
6/10 Okay
"If you like crowds and it being loud all the time, this is for you. Great for young travelers! Also, there was construction going on, on the front of the building every day I was there. June 4-11 2026 They were my morning alarm clock. Best staff anywhere!"

The Cove at Atlantis
6/10 Okay
"Overall a nice trip. Check in was extremely slow. Room was not ready and waited way too long for the room to be ready. Ruined our first day. Room was spacious and clean. Temporary adult pool was ok. Way too many reserved chairs that were not being used. A complete waste when there are not enough chairs to begin with. Just another way for them to make more money. Need a better system for guests who are over 18 to enter the adult pool. Kept telling my daughter every day she could not be there when she is 19. They were not even nice about it even when I showed them her passport. They looked at us like they didn’t believe her. Not cool and was annoying all week. Would not return sorry. Many better places with better service that make you feel like they actually want you there."

The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas
10/10 Excellent
"You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."
