Check-in and check-out must be on these specific dates. Check-in on Saturday at 4 pm; checkout on Tuesday by 10 am for a 1BR Villa - Harborside at Atlantis.

The maximum occupancy is 4. This Villa, 550 square feet, has a kitchenette and dining for 4, the master bedroom also has a queen or larger bed and a large closet. Luxury bath with separate W.C.
Cook in the privacy of your own VILLA, or go out to fabulous restaurants every night at Atlantis - FREE SHUTTLE to the Casino and all Atlantis attractions & restaurants. Free pass for all 4 guests for access to Atlantis property, restaurants, beach, casino, and (self-paid) golf. This includes beach towels which may be picked up & dropped off at any Atlantis swimming area.

BTW, there is also a disappearing edge pool right out your door within Harborside, it has a convenient, nice open-air restaurant and bar, also on the premises.

A maximum of 4 guests may stay in the villa. Accommodations consist of two beds, a queen in the bedroom, and a pull-out sofa-bed in the living room. No "roll-away" beds are provided or allowed.

Here is a further description! This is a one-bedroom premium villa. The master bedroom has a king-size bed & large closet, and the bathroom has a luxurious double vanity. The living room has a pull-out sofa-bed; there is a fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, 2-burner stove-top (some have a 4-burner), microwave or convection oven, toaster, coffee maker and blender. The dining area is open to the living room, and there is a clothes washer and dryer tucked behind a closet door.

The villa includes, for all guests, unlimited access to the Atlantis water park, beaches, the Dig, and more. You will receive a wristband for each person in your party and towels at all towel concessions across Atlantis (located at the pools). There are restaurants, bars, and lounges throughout Atlantis offering everything from fine dining to smaller fast-food concessions. One of the casual restaurants is located on the Harborside property with a distant view of the cruise ships in the Nassau Harbor; others are a short (free) shuttle ride away. You can grab a quick bite poolside, indulge in endless buffets, or enjoy family-style meals. You can also cook in your own villa using groceries and supplies from a small concession in the check-in area; a local, walkable store; or use a Harborside shuttle for a trip to a Nassau food store across the bridge.

Aquaventure is an Atlantis Paradise Island water park, a one-of-a-kind 141-acre waterscape with complimentary admission for all Atlantis guests including Harborside. Atlantis includes high-speed water slides, a mile-long river ride with rolling rapids and wave surges, 20 swimming areas, a spectacular kids water-play fort, and 11 unique and refreshing swimming pools. There is a kid-friendly pool at Harborside featuring a zero-entry area and kiddie pool. Scuba, Snorkel, Shark Adventures, Snuba, Stingray swim: The Bahamas have been voted “Best Place to Dive with Big Animals”
Youngsters aged 3 - 6 years can wade into an exciting world filled with marine animals with the “Sea Squirts” program.

CASINO: The innovatively designed casino is the largest in the Caribbean with 800 of the newest slot machines 79 table games including experienced staff.

FITNESS CENTER: The Fitness Center has everything you need to stay in shape while on Bahamas vacation, including cardio and strength training equipment, free weights, studios for spinning, yoga and Pilates classes, a lap pool, and a wellness area.

Rivaling the legendary Marina of Monte Carlo, The Marina at Atlantis is the premier facility in The Bahamas. Many luxury boats are usually on view, and a shopping area is available at the marina which is a short walk from Harborside. The Marina also provides a scenic walk to the hotel towers of Atlantis.

The COVID-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment, guests acknowledge and accept the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. do not merit a refund. This agreement specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable villa if caused by the Coronavirus pandemic or the government of The Bahamas.
