"Keepers cottage was lovely. It is absolutely ideal if you have dogs. There is a large enclosed area where your dogs can run plus there are spacious kennels if you need to go out and leave your dogs. We didnt use this as we took our dogs with us but it was great to have this option. The bedroom, toilet, shower room was downstairs and the living room was up the stairs. There was a lovely balcony leading off from the living room where you could enjoy the views, unfortunately we didnt get much use...

It felt homely and cosy and we couldn't wait to get back there after our days out exploring beautiful Cornwall. Communication with Tyrone was quick and simple...as was check-in. "The property was great with fantastic views. Facilities in the house well catered for. Welcoming touches that we appreciated very much such as tea, milk and the bubbly to celebrate our boys off to Uni and the start of our holiday. The house was great for 2 families enough room to spread out being on different levels, some reading on the fantastic deck area, some in the lounge others chatting on the deck out by the kitchen. Great meal at the local pub by the beach. The only slight negative was...

"House is perfect for a family or group of friends ... plenty of room, incredibly well equipped with all modern conveniences but the charm of a proper beach house. The views were insane ... no matter what the weather they don't disappoint. Location was brilliant. Everything was as described and Emma and team were incredibly responsive. Will absolutely be coming back again."

"Lovely house, very spacious light and airy, lovely decor, beds very comfortable, nice spacious bathrooms, 3 en suite bedrooms, 8 of us all together, but easily room for 10. Well equipped with everything you need. Room to sit out the front and take in the views of the sea and Looe island. Nice garden, plenty of seating in shade and sun, hot tub ready to use. Looe is a pretty and quaint fishing town, typically Cornish. 20 minute walk from the house, a bit of a climb back, but there is a land...

"We had such a great time at Bailiff's Cottage! It was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Cornwall. Fantastic location in the countryside right next to a livestock farm which gave our stay a lovely touch. It was great preparing our meals watching grazing animals right outside the kitchen window! Clean air, noise absence and the beautiful colors of the countryside did the rest! The cottage was perfect for the 5 of us and the garden was a bonus to our border collie who loved playing there with...

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
