Also can reserve additional bungalow for two with double bed, bathroom and newly-renovated kitchen for an additional $50 per night (total can sleep 8...subject to availability). Just steps away from private, secluded Tambor Beach! 24-hour gated security in quiet, safe area! Access to all private tours, including waterfalls, snorkeling, scuba diving, sport-fishing, kayaking, and bioluminescence ! Great location
The Villa is in a great location, close to the Ferry, Montezuma, Fish Market, beach, restaurant, golf course. The Pool is a great hangout. The Villa itself could use a little TLC.

Nice for a short stay
Overall good, and certainly fit our needs for the several nights we were in the area. The property is a little old and "tired", with poor interior lighting, a small pool that could use a good cleaning, and unfortunately the toilets were pretty dirty, but otherwise everything worked fine and the beds were comfortable. Some traffic noise from the highway, but we were in shoulder season so there wasn't a lot.

Tambor Beach property
We enjoyed our stay. It was great having the property’s owner onsite and she was very helpful suggesting restaurants and local attractions. The pool was a plus and a refreshing way to cool off after a walk on the nearby beach. The property is in a gated community of close neighbors and very safe. The many colorful McCaws that flew by daily and the Howler Monkeys in the neighborhood were thrilling to see.

We loved it
The condo has direct access to a very large and calmed beach full of papagayos and deers that made it look like a real wild experience. It also has beautiful 9-hole golf course which I enjoyed even more as iguanas and birds came out of no where. Our host Jeannette couldn’t be better. She was very attentive and kind. Definitely coming back.

Perfect place to get away from it all!
Very enjoyable stay, the owner is very accommodating with any requests and providing us with contacts for fishing trips and more ! The villa has everything you need and very comfortable. We can't thank Jeanette enough for her hospitality. If you are looking for a place to relax and be taken care of she is the perfect hostess ! The newly opened Rancho on the beach is perfect for a laid back afternoon or evening.

One of the best places to stay in Los Delfines!
This beautiful 2 bedroom has been updated and is very comfortable. Great pool, newly renovated bathrooms, very comfortable beds, close to the golf course and about a 10 min walk to the beach. Great owner who is very friendly and accommodating:-)

This home is very modern and in a gated community with 24/7 security guards. It has a carport and a vehicle is definitely recommended. It has excellent WiFi service, full kitchen, clothes washer AND dryer (which can be hard to find in Costa Rica). Best of all the pool is nice and refreshing. The beach is a few blocks away. Wildlife is abundant and we were able to see many macaws and other birds as well as white tailed deer grazing in the grassy field nearby.

Highly recommended. One of our best stays ever
If you're trying to decide between this property and some others - stop! Rent this place and you won't b disappointed. We've stayed at many rental properties over the years and this was definitely one of our top stays. It has everything you'll look for - clean, safe, conveniently located, well equipped, and comfortable. On top of that the owner is A+! Owner went over and above to make our stay perfect - even to the point of helping us personally when we had an issue with our rental car. A genuinely nice person who cares about their renters. As for amenities, the on property pool and laundry were so convenient, beds were comfortable, kitchen has everything you'll need, property is gated with store, giant community pool, and golf on site, local roads are paved, the property was close to town (stores, groceries, bank, gas, restaurants - 15 minutes away), sodas are a few minutes away, local beach on property, public beach 3 minutes away, and Montezuma Beach (bigger waves) about 25 minutes away, (although last 10 minutes are on unpaved roads - but that's Costa Rica!).
