"The family run hotel with staff were very personable, friendly, and service oriented. The rooms are small, clean, and offers basic amenities. It was a true Turkish immersion experience. "The water pressure was very low, making it difficult to shower. Without an elevator, carrying heavy suitcases up three floors was challenging. "This was our first visit to Akçay. The hotel was very nice - clean, amazing breakfast and the swimming pool area is perfect. I suspect the property is a bit older but they have kept it up to date nicely. There was a problem with the drain from the air conditioner, but i handled it myself and it was fine.
