It’s a 3 star hotel - which they are slowly updating. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed and although the hotel is looking tired inside, the outside area (pools) are lovely and it’s so close to Pafos Harbour. The staff are also lovely and helpful.

On arrival got put in a room at the very back of the hotel site, it smelled, was very outdated, builders working on an apartment opposite and right near the main road. We asked to be moved, which they did the following morning and much better room nearer the hotel main building. The food was ok, but nothing exciting and certainly wouldn’t want to be all inclusive. The whole hote needs some TLC, the outdoor pool was freezing, colder than the sea, the indoor pool some days was warm some days was cold. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.

Property was OK. Some problem about apartment. They offered kitchen in apartment, but we didn't have any kitchen towels, some sponges and any liquid for clinning. If you living to airport before breakfast, you cannot get something for eating later. It was bad experience to get any food.

I needed somewhere to stay whilst looking for a property to buy. The hotel's location was quite a walk to the harbour area so I would recommend a car to get around easily. The main hotel and restaurant area are well looked after but the apartment I stayed in needs to be updated. The rooms were cleaned regularly and the staff were very friendly.

Needs refurbishment! The room as well as the public areas was not well maintained, and the room could definitely be more clean. Its very well positioned , nice hotel but the maintenance and cleanness should definitely improve!

Great spot - spent 3 nights here and it wS so pleasant Nice b fast for 7.50€ - it’s close enough to town to walk or take the bus ... I enjoyed it It was too cold to use the pool but certainly lots of folks were hanging there chatting Nice place

A very pleasant stay.
The hotel is well located for travelers wishing to site see Cyprus. It is in a quiet surroundings with good facilities and the staff were very friendly and helpful Well recommended.

The hotel was completely closed we could of stayed in a self contained apartment for cheaper and spent the savings on a good time out we all suffered neck pains from the beds sooo uncomfortable

Dated 3 star accommodation with attentive staff
We had an early flight, which was just as well, as upon arrival and completing our check in at the Paphos Gardens Hotel, we were informed that they did not have a room for us (family of 4, children aged 16 and 15). We had completed the booking only a week before and flew out the 25th August 2017. This was resolved but did take time and a stay at alternative accommodation for the first night. A call to Expedia helped. The following day we arrived at Paphos Gardens Hotel and was shown to the room. As others have said, this is a good standard 3 star accommodation but now looks dated and in need of some TLC. The room was clean but there were missing blades from one of the air conditioning units and exposed wires (not within reach). Skirting boards were curving and pealing. The bathroom was poorly stocked with toiletries, only shampoo provided and 4 bath towels and 4 hand towels.. The kitchen was well equipped with an oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Cups bowls and cutlery was enough for 4 but did mean we had to regularly clean them and turn them around. The main pool by the hotel was of a good size and sloped to allow adults and toddlers to use. This can be over stocked at times, as can the numerous sunbeds. Expect the boisterous noise and commotion of children and swimming pools. The area around the pool and then subsequently floors in the hotel can become slippery when wet.

Bar staff and reception staff unfriendly and couldn't be bothered hotel while clean wasvery tired AC never worked during the whole stay and place plagued with cats begging Brds weee hard although accommodation size was ample the location was central to everything although Paphos looked run down and a bit of a ghost town

The utensils are old.The rooms are very spacious but need mordenisation. It is a very good place to take a family as the apartments a spacious and quiet. However the facilities are a bit out dated.

Reasonable stay....
The hotel is well laid out, and good for families, but is rather tired and in need of some updating, and fixing of amenities. Our room suffered from a non-working safe, non working smoke alarm, dreadfully old tv with nothing to watch but BBC News, Broken fridge, Broken kettle, dodgy old microwave, very noisy air-con, very dodgy sliding balcony door

Nicely priced hotel located walking distance to all the attractions around town. Not so great if you plan to spend most of the time at the hotel itself, although it has a very nice swimming pool area.

In an Apartment within hotel complex. Close to main building and all facilities including great pool and spa. Wi-fi did not work well. Two single beds not requested double. Fridge constantly noisy , which did not help sleep. But location good and staff pleasant.

Well situated hotel with very friendly staff.
I booked this room as a 'day room' after a week with girlfriends in Polis, Cyprus in a villa where we had an early check out but a late evening flight. When checking in I explained this and that six of us would be using the room to store our luggage and shower and freshen up. The staff were all very friendly. We enjoyed a decent, reasonably priced buffet lunch in the hotel taverna, visited Paphos harbour area in the afternoon and then showered and checked out at 18.30 and took our transfer to the airport. A convenient and cost effective way to spend our last day on this lovely, friendly island.

Decent stay for the money
We stayed for one night as a quick break. The hotel from the outside does look dated but inside is a lot better. We had a two bedroom apartment for four of us which was perfect size. The pool was nice and big there's even a small kids play area. Nice place overall

Arrived early evening received keys and information on how to reach our room,staircase very dark lights not working.Room very dated,no crockery at all no light on balcony,television no sound but clean bed sheets.The bathroom wash basin cracked,toilet cistern cracked and glued together.We reported all this to reception lights and tv dealt with within an hour,crockery supplied also.Every evening tv only foreign channels unless we went to reception to ask why this problem happened every day.Housekeeping good clean sheets and towels every other day.

Very nice location
On arrival at 9pm my room was not ready so I was taken to another hotel by taxi, no dinner. collected by Taxi at 10am no breakfast as it was self catering place, got to Paphos Gardens and my room was still not ready, sat in reception until 11.50 only to be told my room was on the top floor, I'd booked this on March 9th requesting a low floor as I will not go in a lift... I also have a knew knee so could'nt manage stairs, I struggled for two weeks because they said there was no other room available. I had a problem with cockroaches in my room but on both occasions they were dealt with quickly. The staff are lovely and very friendly, the entertainment was not good at all.

Have stayed at Paphos Garden on several occasions and sadly the best I can say about the hotel is that it's clean - the furniture in I stayed was tired and in desperate need of a refurb. I would also say that charging €5 for 90 minutes Internet use in this day and age is not acceptable

Good location
The hotel was very pleasant in a good location, near to Paphos beach front but not in the centre of everything. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean. The downside was it initially smelt ok as airfresheners had obviously been used but then a pervading smell of cigarette smoke came through. August is a very busy period and as such the pool area was crowded and service clearing tables in the dining room a bit slow. The lounge bar was good and prices reasonable.
