The brand-new Avenue Building is located in the tourist centre of Paphos, just 500 meters from the beautiful harbour, cultural history area, and amenities, as well as an amazing view from the rooftop of the swimming pool. Complete privacy and style Avenue has been designed to offer uniquely large terraces, ensuring the residence enjoys as much of the beautiful sunshine and lovely views Paphos has.
The property is only a 5-minute walk from the most animated area in Paphos - Kato Paphos. This is an ideal location within walking distance of all amenities including the Harbor, supermarkets and shops, banks, pharmacies, archaeological sites and schools. There is also an abundance of restaurants, tavernas and bars for entertainment. Kato Paphos is built around the harbour where Paphos Castle stands. The castle was originally a Byzantine fort built to protect the harbour. It was rebuilt by the Lusignan in the 13th century, and taken down in 1570 by the Venetians who could not defend it against the Ottomans, who restored and strengthened it after capturing the island. The legacy of the town's remarkable history adds up to nothing less than an open museum, so much so that UNESCO added the entire city to its World Cultural Heritage List. Among the treasures unearthed are the remarkable mosaics in the Houses of Dionysos, Theseus and Aion, beautifully preserved after 16 centuries under the soil. Then there are the mysterious vaults and caves, the Tomb of the Kings, the pillar to which Saint Paul was allegedly tied and whipped and the ancient Odeon Theatre. Within the harbour are many boats and catamarans, and you can take a trip out to see the beautiful coastline of Paphos. Kato Paphos has a regular bus service to Pano Paphos and Coral Bay passing Tomb of the Kings, Chloraka, and Kissonerga en route via the coast road.
This one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor, the building is equipped with a lift. As you enter, you will find yourself in a modern living area furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen smart TV connected to the kitchen and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen offers a fridge/freezer, hob (electric), oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, extractor hood, microwave, plates, forks, spoons, knives, pots, pans, tea and coffee cups, water and wine glasses and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Glass sliding doors lead you to a terrace where you can enjoy mesmerizing views. The double bedroom has a spacious closet in the corridor, a bathroom and a small laundry place.
The living area and bedroom have an air conditioning unit for cooling and heating. All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron board and iron are supplied. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included.
