Always a nice gateway where you completely relax and enjoy. There is something for everyone to enjoy. The service is great and Roman have assisted us greatly and he went over and beyond great customer service
The hotel was so nice and clean, facilities were great, wide range of options to do for both kids and adults, many clubs for kids, wide range of pools with aqua fit activities.
Food was great, made fresh everyday and with a wide range of options available at buffet. Restaurants were as close to a Micheline star quality. Hotel staff and managers were so attentive and polite, they always served with smile and were polite. Overall a great hotel and great stay and experience in Cyprus.
If it was possible to give more than 10, I would.
This place is definitely worth every penny we spent.
1. Beautiful place, clean and tidy, delicious food in a variety.
2. The dinner restaurants are excellent with a variety of delicious cuisines and styles.
3. All inclusive was excellent. Plenty of varied food throughout the day. Drinks/spicy drinks and more full of surprises and in abundance.
4. And the most important thing is the staff of the hotel. Receptionists are kind and helped us with every passenger (even finding alternative flights and canceling flights)
5. The reception manager Maria was wonderful and kind and upgraded us and took care of our late departure (our flight was early in the morning).
We will definitely return to this hotel again.
Beautiful room with a private pool overlooking the golf course and sea. Very quiet with beautiful view. Good on site restaurants and lovely village square with great restaurants. Great activities for all the family and fabulous evening entertainment. Great kids club.
Overall it’s a very nice hotel but slightly dated in its appearance! All staff very friendly but it did feel slightly under staffed at busy times trying to get a drink, an app order system would be much better I feel

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We stayed here before and loved the luxurious feel of it but this visit we feel it had lost its sparkle. It was packed with package holiday all inclusive guests. sunbeds were jammed together and difficult to find each day. Staff overall were moody and unhelpful, generally got the feeling they were unhappy.
The bath in our room was broke but despite asking for it to be fixed three times no one came to fix it.
We accidentally thought check out was at 12 but at 11am two men banged on our door and insisted in waiting til we vacated the room, I was frantic trying to quickly bath my son after the pool and pack as they demanded we leave fast.
The property still does provide lots of fun for kids though and there is lots of choice when it comes to deciding where to eat as the village is also a short walk away
The rooms are spacious but in need of some love, as are the linens etc
All was going very well I was only staying for two nights to play golf. I then realized that I would have to check out by 11am on last day when I was already booked to play golf that morning. Therefore I checked with reception if I could have a late check out, they checked the room was not booked for that day and confirmed I could have a later check out but the cost was 100 euros for 3pm or 150Euros for 18.00 I chose 18.00 and paid the 150Euros, I was very pleased with this. Then when I was playing golf on my last day the hotel called me as said that I would have to move rooms I explained that I was playing golf and I could not do the but would be back at about 15.00 and would talk to them then. They did call me again to say there supervisor said that would be ok. When I return I went to reception and said that I had paid 150 Euros to extend the check out to 18.00 and did not want to pack up all my luggage and move to another room, they said the supervisor would call me in my room which she did and was insistent that I moved and would not give me a refund as they were providing another room which turned out to be a much lower standard to the one I was in. I informed her that I was very unhappy about this situation and that no refund would be given. I did move, very poor customer service.
The room was cleaned once every 2 days and was not thoroughly cleaned. The bath tub did not seem to have been cleaned once while we were there and there were remains of buscuits under the sink which were not from our stay!
We very much enjoyed the hotel facilities and the various kids areas
Overall disappointing stay - considering the nice reputation of Aphrodite Hills. I was expecting higher standard for a 5 stars hotel. Food was horrible: we simply couldn’t eat the breakfast there and had to go eat somewhere else. The eggs where cold and caoutchouc, ash brown were black (bad oil), scramble eggs was smelling fish, coffee bad... Room were ordinary and small. We stay 3 days, and I have seen the same dead butterfly on the floor of corridor for the 3 days...The smell in the lobby was so strong, we couldn’t sit there. Staff were nice do. We enjoyed the kids park, tennis court... But I wouldn’t recommended if you are looking for a cozy, luxurious 5 stars treatment. Maybe trying to rent a villa in Aphrodite Hills? Definitely, we wont book this hotel again.
nice hotel resort. but because winter a lot closed. But staff were excellent all over resort. breakfast was a bit basic and poached eggs were hard so would not suggest them
