Mar de Estrellas Stay
Overall, our stay was okay. It was not the cleanest place, they had issues with a lot of insects, granted the area and the temps will heighten this but I had to move rooms multiple times because of issues each room had. It was inconvenient for me as I traveled with two small children making things a lot harder. I would probably not stay there again if given the opportunity.

El lugar es tranquilo sin embargo no hay una bajada segura a la playa, las escaleras son solo unas tablas y una vara de bambú que se mueven al bajar o subir. El área de la alberca deben procurarla limpiarla más sobre todo donde la gente come ya que no hay quien recoja los platos y no hay suficiente mobiliario como mesas sillas o camastros, nos tocó estar parados casi todo el día. No hay nada cerca

no hay acceso a la playa como lo ofrecen, ni siquiera tiene playa. el servicio del restaurant es pesimo comida hecha en microondas y cara comparada con los locales fuera del hotel, en la habitación no hay frigo bar, no hay donde colcar ropa mojada, y nos hay amenidades ni el baño ni en la habitación.

El aire acondicionado ayuda un buen en la noche. agua caliente todo el tiempo. instalaciones limpias, lo que no me gustó fue que limpian la alberca y todo el jabon que usan lo tiran directo a la arena de la playa 😖. El mar no es apto para nadar. Alberca con agua que se entibia con el sol. El restaurante con comida “x” no vale la pena comer ahi

El lugar luce como si tuviera poco tiempo de operación, las instalaciones son limpias y la comida del restaurante es muy rica aunque el servicio es algo lento. El joven de la recepción fue mal encarado y un poco grosero al recibirnos, el demás personal es más amable. Es hotel no tiene acceso directo a la playa, más hacerlo hay que bajar con una escalera de madera en malas condiciones que para personas con alguna discapacidad física podría ser peligroso. En general es un lugar aceptable pero creo que ya no volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.
