The place overall is great! Only gripes are it's a bit of a slog to get a surfboard to the good spot, like 4 blocks of walking.
Also my room didn't have a microwave or toaster those items would have been appreciated!

The Property and the room looked exceptional and unique with the design, the few issues were that upon arrival you have to wait for the concierge so they can suck you into signing up for a presentation next day to sign up for a membership. Also that all the Restaurants were not open, making it hard to book a reservation. Last thing was the beach access was very little for the amount of properties they have combined.
